If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery. Contact hello@trypluscool.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in addition to our guarantee.

How to return

• Email us to start a return and receive instructions.
• Items should be returned in their original condition where possible.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of processing. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
